Returns and Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your purchase, and we stand behind the quality of our products. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your order within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached. Please note that customized, sale, or final-clearance items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions for shipping the item back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Exchanges are processed as quickly as possible, subject to product availability.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee that returned packages will be received without proof of delivery.
