How long does shipping take?
We process and ship orders within 1-3 business days after purchase. For most deliveries, the estimated shipping time is 5-8 business days (an extra 1-2 days if customization), depending on your location. Please note that we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, but you can always reach us at customercare@avibae.com if you have any questions."
How do I make a change to my order?
Please let us know as soon as possible by replying to your order confirmation email. Kindly note that most orders are dispatched the same day, so changes may not always be possible. For any questions, please contact us at customercare@avibae.com.

Can I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information after the items have been shipped from our warehouse.
How do I start a return and exchange?
To start a return, email our customer service at customercare@avibae.com within 14 days of delivery of your package. Please include the order number and list the items you wish to return.
